Andrew and Shelley Duesbury

Shelley (Fortier) Duesbury came to TACF in September of '96 as a student on the School of Ministry. Before this she worked in Prince Edward Island, Canada, as a teacher, adult educator, and a career and life skills trainer. At the SoM, she also worked as a small group leader, and finally administrator of the school, ministering and leading outreaches. In 1999, she was released to itinerate full time (with Maxine Davies) as the Harvest Team. Shelley has also worked as a counsellor and administrator with the Prayer and Care department and married Andrew in June 2003.

Andrew is an experienced IT consultant who also has a strong background in counselling and inner healing. He worked with Singing Waters Ministries, a counseling retreat centre, as a counsellor, personnel manager and database administrator for 3 years before coming to TACF in 2001. Andrew has worked in TACF's computer department and in Prayer and Care.

Andrew and Shelley are teachers, encouragers and carriers of the message of the Father's love. They have ministered internationally, including Leaders School of Ministry in Ukraine and with Father's House Europe. Their passion is to see barriers removed that hinder people from knowing and receiving the love of the Father.

Marc Dupont

Marc is the founder of Mantle of Praise Ministries, a ministry concerned with revival and restoring a prophetic edge to the whole body of Christ. Marc moves in the two areas of speaking and impartation. His speaking focuses on what the Spirit of God desires to say to the individual church, that particular region, or to the body of Christ in general. Impartation is the releasing by the Holy Spirit of what the Father desires to do in the three areas of encouraging and releasing of spiritual gifts, the Holy Spirit speaking clearly and directly to people's hearts of the Father's compassion and sovereignty, and ministering in healing.

Marc has served in various forms of church leadership for over 15 years, including teaching, preaching, counseling, evangelism, and church planting. The last 13 years Marc has mainly been working with Mantle of Praise Ministries, on an international level functioning in a prophetic ministry of encouragement. He has ministered in conferences, seminars, and churches in over 20 countries. He is used by the Lord in a wide variety of denominations from Lutheran to Baptist, Pentecostal to Anglican.

Bill and Melinda Fish

Bill and Melinda Fish are the planters and co-pastors of River City Church of Pittsburgh (formerly church of the Risen Savior) in Trafford, Pennsylvania (PA), a suburb of Pittsburgh, PA. They have been pastoring there for 28 years. Bill graduated in 1975 from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Melinda is an internationally known teacher and author.

Melinda has written five books, and is also editor of "Spread the Fire Magazine" published by Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (TACF). Her latest book, "The River is Here", is the testimony of their 20 year struggle to plant a church and wait on the Lord to send "waters in the wilderness and rivers in the desert."

In 1994 after Bill and Melinda's first trip to TACF, the Holy Spirit began to pour His love on their congregation. For over six years the River City Church of Pittsburgh has lived in a season of revival where 98% of their congregation have been powerfully touched by the presence of God. They have seen people saved and healed, miracles and physical and emotional restoration. They are seeing people beginning to fall in love with Jesus all over again, and reach out to the lost in America and other nations.

Bill and Melinda have spoken internationally as well as a number of places in America carrying the good news of this new outpouring of the Lord's grace and mercy as the blessing continues.

Curtis Hinds

An international speaker and evangelist, Curtis ministers strongly in the areas of evangelism and missions. His home is in Toronto, where he has been part of the Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (TACF) for over seven years.

After experiencing burnout in the ministry as a young pastor, Curtis and his wife Debbie came to TACF as a last effort. It was there that they met John and Carol Arnott, and through their ministry of the Father's heart, Curtis and Debbie were restored and commissioned again.

Curtis is the founder of Voice for Change International, an organization involved in planting orphanages and ministering to children in the nation of Brazil since 1999.

Curtis is a church planter. His current position as senior leader of Mississauga City Church is the vehicle for Curtis' evangelistic, missions, and equipping ministry.

Peter and Heather Jackson

Peter and Heather Jackson are associate ministers with the Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (TACF), and were the founding directors of the School of Ministry. They were sent out from TACF in 1997 to spread and nurture revival with a focus on the Fatherheart of God. Their ministry has brought healing to people in many nations and is best expressed by Isaiah 61, "beauty for ashes, oil of joy instead of mourning and a garment of praise instead of despair." They travel internationally, speaking at conferences and local churhes as well as hosting breakthrough retreats in their own home. Peter and Heather have three children and four grandchildren.

Alyn and Allyson Jones (AJ Mallett)

Alyn and AJ Jones are dynamic speakers who carry the heart of TACF's core values. Highly prophetic, they know how to hear what the Father is saying to the church today, bringing a revelation of His love where ever they go. Alyn graduated from TACF's School of Ministry then spent a year interning with John and Carol Arnott, traveling around the world and learning to flow in the power of the Holy Spirit. A gifted communicator, He is excited about the revelatory realms of God and loves to teach and encourage others to go deeper in the prophetic.

AJ has served on the ministry and prophetic teams at TACF since 1994. A popular conference speaker, AJ travels widely teaching on intimacy, the Father Heart of God and many inner healing topics. With her unique sense of humour, AJ has managed to make audiences around the world laugh as she easily lifts the lid on core pain, letting the healing love of Jesus lift off shame and pain from past hurts. AJ's powerful testimony of God's restoration in her life has been a catalyst for healing and freedom in thousands of hearts and lives.

Juanita Lubin

With her straight-forward sense of humour, Juanita has a dynamic, refreshing ministry. She was part of the TACF staff for 10 years, since the early days of renewal. She has ministered in Australia, Cuba, England, Mexico, Wales, Europe and USA, blessing others with her pioneer spirit as she hits the mark prophetically. The main motivation of her life is seeing the body of Christ set free from the yokes that keep them from full victorious living. With the Father's Heart message and moving through her giftedness in teaching and the prophetic, she reveals specific strategies for bringing people into freedom in the following areas:

Al and Helen MacDonald

Al and Helen have been involved in Christian Prayer Ministry since 1987. They established Easy-Yoke Christian Services to bring RTF integrated ministry to many people. They were released as an RTF Healing House in the year 2000. Alan is an ordained minister.

Al and Helen came to John and Carol Arnott's first church called Jubilee Christian Fellowship in Stratford, Ontario in 1985. They were part of the team that went to Toronto with John and Carol to help plant Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (TACF). In 1995 Al and Helen set-up the Prayer and Care Ministry at TACF. Then in 1997, they returned to Stratford, Ontario.

Since they left the Pastoral staff at TACF they have been part of the Associate Team that is dedicated to sharing the Father Heart through the Lord's healing ministry. "Our heart is to see restoration of the Christian family through the love and heart of our Father God healing up individuals and marriages."
Al and Helen were married in March 1956. They have four children, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Carlos Rodriguez

Since 1998 Carlos has been working with youth groups and leading teams in evangelism and worship in his sunny island of Puerto Rico. He came to our School of Ministry in Spring 2001 to "get more fire and do more ministry." What he got was a revelation of the Father's heart that changed his motivations and dreams. He spent a year working in our School of Ministry and another year and a half traveling as a spiritual son with Pastors John and Carol Arnott while preaching and leading International Leaders' Schools of Ministry.

He has been trained to be a church planter and changed to be a son of his Heavenly Daddy who loves to see healing, miracles and the release of the prophetic ministry. He is back home in the Caribbean and has recently married his sweetheart from England, Catherine, and is taking the message of the love and power of God to all denominations in the island. His desire is to love his wife, and with her, plant churches all over Latin America while raising up a generation of son's and daughter's who love God and will love sinners back to life.

Ian and Janice Ross

Ian and Janice carry the message of the Father's love, a foundational message of this present move of the Holy Spirit. Ian and Janice were part of the senior staff when renewal began at Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (TACF) in January 1994. Their journey has recently carried them to British Columbia, where their ministry is now based at the New Life Church in Kelowna. Their ministry continues to be associated with TACF through the Partners in Harvest association of churches.

Janice and Ian have a prophetic anointing over their lives. They have spoken several times in England, Scotland, Wales, Germany, Holland, all over the USA, New Zealand, Denmark, Nicaragua as well as Canada. Ian has also ministered in Mozambique with Rolland and Heidi Baker.

The themes of Ian and Janice's messages are based on their personal experiences. Jenni Sandford

Jenni Sandford is an associate minister with Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship. She has been in ministry for about 16 years, first at St Barnabas Church, Kensington, London, and then on the TACF staff team for 7 years, including 5 years at TACF’s School of Ministry.

Jenni loves to facilitate God’s healing and has a passion to instil in others a hunger for the Presence and Glory of God.  Her desire is to communicate the kindness, nature and character of God and to see people come into a real revelation of the Father’s love for them.

Jenni teaches on the Father Heart of God, How to hear His Voice, Blocks to Intimacy and how these may be overcome.   She also speaks on Walking Out of Your Past, Living in Your Present Inheritance and Moving into Your Future with the Lord. 

Her practical workshops include; How to Hear God’s voice, How to move in the Prophetic, and What is Worship?
Jenni also works with church leadership teams, families and married couples teaching the Life Languages Seminars.  Jenni says  “Life Languages are a powerful tool in helping teams, families and couples communicate and function more effectively.”

Steve Witt

Steve Witt has been a church planter and pastor for over 25 years. Steve travels internationally with Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (TACF), having fanned the flames of revival in over 25 nations.

Steve combines humour, Biblical truth and creative activations to mobilize the church in numerous team building topics including: the prophetic, evangelism, contemplation, church planting, marriage and destiny planning. His passion is to raise up a generation of church planters, envision and strengthen leaders, equipping them for the coming harvest.

Steve has been involved in initiating a city-wide Bible training school, and International House Of Prayer (IHOP), in his home town of Cleveland, Ohio. After 10 years in Eastern Canada, he relocated in June 1996 to Cleveland, Ohio where he is involved in planting an inter-denominational church, Metro Church South. Steve and his wife Cindy now live in Brunswick, Ohio.

Fred and Sharon Wright

Fred Wright is an Associate at Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (TACF), serving as the International Coordinator for Partners in Harvest (PIH) and Friends in Harvest (FIH) family of churches. Fred Wright has been in ministry for 40 years, and has served in a wide variety of roles including evangelism, church planting, pastoring and teaching in many nations around the world.

There are over 100 PIH and over 290 FIH churches and ministries in more than 35 countries. Fred travels to as many of these churches as possible, as well as visiting new churches interested in joining this fellowship of churches. He has also taught at numerous TACF renewal and other meetings.

Fred speaks and ministers on a broad range of subjects, including God's love, forgiveness, Christ-likeness, holiness, hearing God's voice, prophecy and leadership development.

Sharon Wright has worked and ministered beside her husband for 38 years. Throughout these years, she has taught and preached from the Word, not only in the Bible School that they directed in Sweden, but also at conferences in Europe and South and North America. She also has spoken at numerous TACF renewal and other meetings.
