How do I watch meetings, either live or in archives?

Click on the ‘Revive TV’ link located on the top of the main page.

If you’re not logged in, you will have to first log in.

Once you’re logged in, you will see a selection of meetings available for viewing. Simply click on one of the meetings to view it. If there is a live broadcast going on, you will notice a large button ‘Watch Live’. Click this and to watch the live meeting. Otherwise, you’ll see a message stating when the next live broadcast will be.

Note: to watch the meetings, you will have to have Windows Media Player installed. If you don’t have it currently installed, you can download it from the Revive TV page by clicking on the ‘Windows Media’ button or the ‘Windows Media Player’ link.

I have become a Revive TV Plus Member or CTF World Changer Partner on the internet but don't know how to get the teachings and the conference on my computer.

Log in and click on ‘Revive TV’. You will notice the list of meetings available to you. Beside the meetings, there is a ‘Download’ link. Click this, and a small window appears giving you the available file qualities for downloading. Select your quality and then click on the ‘Save’ button when it prompts you whether you would like to open or save the file. Then choose the location on your computer where you would like to save it.

What if my computer says cannot locate server?

There are many different types of messages, and as a result, a variety of reasons why the server can’t be located.

Please email our technical support team with as detailed an account as possible with what you were trying to do when you got the error message and what the error message said.

What are cookies and how do I delete them?

Cookies are files that a web site creates and stores on your computer. Generally, these files contain your preferences, so that the site can better serve you in the future.

Depending on the browser you’re using, deleting them will differ slightly. In Internet Explorer, go to ‘Tools’, ‘Internet Options’ and then click the ‘Delete Cookies…’ button. Note: This will delete all your cookies. In Netscape or Mozilla, go to ‘Tools’, ‘Options’ and select ‘Cookies’ under ‘Privacy’. You can remove all cookies by hitting the ‘Clear’ button, or hit ‘View’ to view and delete them individually. In Safari, go to ‘Safari’ then ‘empty cache’.

Can you help me with the technical side of how to process recordings unto DVD?

Unfortunately we don’t support this. You can search the internet on how to do this, or ask friends that may be knowledgeable in this area, or ask at your local computer store.

I have forgotten my password what do I do?

Go to the ‘Log In’ page by clicking on the ‘log in’ link on the main page. Click on ‘Forgotten Your Password?’ and enter either your username or your email address to get your password sent to you on email.

How do I change my credit card details?

We have designed the site so that you can manage your account easily yourself if your credit card expires or is stolen. Login, click on ‘preferences’ on the main page, and click on ‘Change your credit card details and monthly membership fee’.

I want to change my password, how do I do that?
