If you already have a username for this website and know how to log in, you can log in now, and then click on this link, to Manage Subscriptions. (Or you can log in, and then click on your name in the top right corner, then click on "Manage Subscriptions". The link will take you to the same place.)

If you don't have a username on this website, then read on. To unsubscribe from our newsletters or change your subscriptions, you'll need to get connected with the account you have in our system. 1. Click this link to go to the "Send Password" page.
2. Enter your email address in the box provided (ignore the username box) and then click "Send Password"
3. You should then be prompted for the answer to a secret question. If you have had a website login with us in the past, then your old question will be displayed. If you have not had a website login in the past, then the "question" will tell you what answer to enter. Click option button to continue once you've entered the answer.
4. You will then be sent an email (to the email address you entered) with a temporary username and temporary password. You can use these to log into our website, where you can select a permanent username and password. Then you can follow the instructions listed above to unsubscribe.
