John and Carol Arnott

Founding Pastors

John and Carol ArnottJohn and Carol are the Founding Pastors at Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (TACF). They live in Toronto and travel extensively while continuing to pastor TACF. An international speaker and teacher, John Arnott is known for his ministry of the Lord's forgiveness and mercy. While pastoring in Ontario, John has coordinated many new church plants. John attended Ontario Bible College. He then pursued a varied and successful career in business. In 1980, while on a ministry trip to Indonesia, John responded to God's call on his life for full-time ministry. John and Carol are the founding pastors of Jubilee Christian Fellowship in Stratford, Ontario. They started the Toronto church in 1988. Experience as a businessman, husband, father and pastor, has given John a rich, blended ministry of God's grace, healing and deliverance. He puts special emphasis on the Father heart of God, which has impacted many people with God's life-changing love and grace. John has authored several books entitled 'The Father's Blessing', 'Experience the Blessing', 'The Importance of Forgiveness' and recently 'Revolutionizing Faith'. John is a director of the TACF church network - Partners in Harvest, the general editor of TACF's bi-monthly magazine 'Spread the Fire'. John and Carol invest much of their time imparting God's love and power to people in many different cities and nations through conferences and special revival meetings. They are welcomed and loved wherever they go.

Linda Cho

Associate Pastor - TACF North York


Linda Cho

Linda Hope Cho is pastor of TACF North York, a young adult focused satellite church of Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship located in North York. She has been a part of the TACF Youth Network Leadership for nearly 5 years after graduating the School of Ministry in 2002. Since then, Linda has been teaching and ministering the love of the Father, healing of the heart, and living a supernatural life in Jesus.
As a gifted speaker, Linda passionately communicates the heart of God and loves seeing young people change from a state of desperation to abundant life through the revelation of their Heavenly Daddy and the power of the Holy Spirit, teaching regularly at Encounter Weekends, Schools of Champions and TACF North York meetings as well as ministry trips throughout the US, UK and Europe with both Catch the Fire Ministries and Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship. Linda leads a dynamic group of youth and young adult women in a weekly cell group, and is passionate about raising leaders of leaders who will in turn walk in the love of Daddy God, and then give it away! "The only way to discribe it is this, I have been REVOLUTIONIZED by Daddy's love which has put a blazing fire inside of me to impart His transforming life into everyone I encounter. I am passionate about my generation rising up in the knowledge of Christ and the cross, then changing our world for Him!"

Darrin and Daphne Clark

Children's Pastors


Darrin and Daphne ClarkDarrin and Daphne are the Children's Pastors at Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (TACF). The Children's Ministry Department co-ordinates activities geared towards children from birth to 12-13 years of age. They also oversee the family cells network and events and functions connected to it. Darrin and Daphne and their family are from South Africa. They graduated from Christ For the Nations Bible institute in Dallas, Texas in May 1999 and came to Canada in September of 1999.They have been here at TACF since then. "Without a doubt, God has called every generation to be the bride of Christ. It's our desire to see all generations of all nations in celebration and worship together to the one and only Living God. We are excited about the ministry of Holy Spirit in our children, healing them and giving them purpose and vision for the destinies that He has for each of them."

Andrew and Sarah Aubrey Gazaneo

Associate Pastors


Andrew and Sarah Aubrey love and pastor the youth at TACF and are leaders of the Freshwind Band. They help lead the Freshwind Youth Conference, Camp Freshwind, and they oversee the recording, production and release of Freshwind Band CDs. They were married in May 2008 and, together with the incredible team of youth and young adult leaders that they lead, they are passionate about the Father and dedicated to bringing His incredible kingdom to Earth. Andrew has been passionately in love with Jesus since the age of seven. He first touched the renewal in 1994 where he learned to love the Holy Spirit's presence. A graduate of the University of Toronto and the TACF School of Ministry, Andrew loves to teach, lead, and pastor people of all ages in worship and the Father's love.  He used to co-pastor TACF's downtown Young Adult-focused Congregation, TACF Central, but concentrates on pastoring TACF's youth group.

Jason and Veronique Golloher

Associate Pastors - TACF Midtown


Jason and Veronique Golloher

Together Jason and Veronique along with Gillian and Kevin Lea co-lead TACF Midtown, a young families focused church.

They live in Toronto and are the proud parents of their newborn daughter Rebekah River. Veronique was the Design team leader at TACF and is now a stay-at-home mom.  Jason works for the shipping company he has worked for over the last 13 years.  Jason was born in Toronto and raised in Oshawa, east of the city, and Veronique was born and raised in Quebec city.  They have been at TACF for several years and have been transformed by the renewal. 

They love ministering to the broken and the captive and seeing them healed and set free! They lead a cell group in their home every week, lead and teach at encounter weekends, and teach School of Champions. Their heart is to see the Bride of Christ without spots or rinkles, ready for Jesus' return. They are passionate about raising up leaders who are madly in love with Jesus, to take the city of Toronto for God and see revival come to Canada.

Noel Grzetic

Associate Pastor - TACF Central


Born in Buenos Aires, Noel moved to Toronto in the late 1980's due to the lack of Starbucks locations available in Argentina. Noel Pastors TACF Central, and is passionate about mentoring young adults in going deeper in their relationship with Jesus Christ. She also oversees the Young Adult leadership course, School of Champions. Noel became a part of TACF in 2004 by joining a young adult cell, which greatly deepened her walk with God through fellowship and accountability. She was admitted into the School of Ministry in 2005, and upon graduating she joined the Youth Network Internship program. The rest is, as they say, is history, although she will say that the most important decision she’s made in the last five years was to start a cell group of young adult girls. She now spends most of her time raising up these girls as leaders who will impact Toronto and the world for Him! Noel holds a Bachelor degree with Honours in Psychology from the University of Guelph, and also works in the field of Autism Research in Toronto. She loves to travel and speak on the incredible heart of God for His children, and deeply enjoys equipping new people in the prophetic.

Bruno and Naomi Ierullo

Associate Pastors - TACF North and TACF Vaughan


Bruno and Naomi Ierullo

Bruno has been at Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (TACF) since 1989, and Naomi since 1993 when they were married. Bruno and Naomi joined the pastoral team with the purpose of developing a TACF campus church in Newmarket, Ontario, in the Greater Toronto Area and recently have started their second campus in Vaughan just north of the city of Toronto. Through the years, Bruno and Naomi have been saturated in the core values of TACF and learned God's heart for His people. Bruno previously worked as a Demolition Supervisor and a Construction Manager for the building of the new T1 at the Toronto International Airport. Bruno and Naomi are graduates of St Stephen's University, where they met. Bruno is a graduate of Tyndale Seminary and is currently working on his Doctorate at Wagner Leadership Institute. Bruno and Naomi have 5 beautiful children. Naomi also worked as a Family Supervisor for a foster home agency. Bruno enjoys teaching on the Father Heart of God, while Naomi enjoys speaking about hope and God's destiny. Bruno and Naomi enjoy leading cells and raising leaders through mentoring. Naomi coordinates the School of Champions at TACF, and Bruno oversees the Building Comittee at TACF. Together they have a vision of overseeing 5 TACF campuses.

Ben Kennedy

Jr. High Associate Pastor


Ben Kennedy

Thursday July 28 1983 at 12:01pm Benjamin Kennedy was born in Peel Memorial Hospital in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. His passion is raising up this young generation to grab hold of the destiny God has for them and to teach them to run with it. Ben is a part of Duncan and Kate Smith's cell and pastors the Junior High ministry at TACF.

Ben leads a cell group every week consisting of young guys aged 13-20 and has raised a small team of leaders who now lead their own cells. Ben is currently working at TACF and managing the administrative team in the Youth Network Offices and spending time learning the ways of God and his heart. Ben describes revival at TACF as being a "growing experience for him since he has been apart of TACF for almost 16 years and in that time has been a part of various missions to Mozambique, Ukraine, Russia,  Ecuador, the United States and Australia.

When some of Ben's guys (aged 13-20) and some girls were asked to describe him they used the following statements: "Ben is big and friendly." "Ben has money." "Ben is fun loving and has a passion for God." "Ben has a face only a mother could love." "He is respected." "Ben is so animated he's contagious." "Ben is crazy like a fox." "Ben likes God so much it hurts my teeth."

Gillian and Kevin Lea

Associate Pastors - TACF Midtown


Gil and Kev Lea

Gill and Kevin are originally from the United Kindom, they moved to Canada and TACF in 1999. They have two children, Sophie and Kasey and live in midtown Toronto. Gill is a Grade 8 teacher at a TDSB school in Etobicoke. Kevin is involved in engineering, systems and process control and generally being really clever and practical in an emergency! They lead a cell group and co-lead Midtown Church campus alongside Jay & Veronique Golloher. Their vision is to see people won, raised up, equipped and released into their gifting and ministry to win Toronto and the world.




Steve and Sandra Long

Men's Network/Women's Network

Steve and Sandra LongSteve and Sandra Long have been pastors at TACF since 1994.  They have functioned in several roles while at TACF serving as associate pastors.  In January 2006, Sandra and Steve were commissioned by John and Carol Arnott as the Senior Pastors.  Steve and Sandra came to TACF from the Baptist tradition and pastored in four congregations, including two church plants.  Steve graduated from Central Baptist Seminary in 1981.  Sandra and Steve were married in June of 1982 and have two adult sons, Jonathan and Christopher who are both active in ministry at TACF.  Sandra's strength is loving people while Steve is great at helping people with action steps.  They specialize in inner healing, deliverance, and physical healing.  Sandra's talks are full of passion and excitement for God while Steve is a classic Bible teacher who takes the Scriptures and makes them applicable to life.  Together they have a desire to see people released into ministry and to see the kingdom of God impact the Greater Toronto Area.  Steve has written several books that focus on healing, cell ministry and conference planning.  Steve and Sandra live in Mississauga, ON.

Mary Audrey Raycroft

Mary Audrey Raycroft

Mary Audrey has been pastor of Equipping Ministries and Women in Ministry at Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (TACF) since 1994. She is an exhorter and teacher, and has ministered God's heart of renewal internationally. Gifted in encouraging believers, Mary Audrey teaches both large and small groups in homes, church seminars, retreat settings and conferences on such topics as who you are in Christ, the gifts of the Spirit, breaking hindering yokes, and a variety of other themes designed to bring people into walking in the Spirit with wholeness and fruitfulness. Ministering to a wide variety of denominations, her heart is for unity in the body of Christ. Since 1984, she has been in a trans-denominational teaching and equipping ministry, working with churches, Bible schools, and pastors in North America, the Caribbean, Asia, Australia, Europe, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. She is the founder of Releasers of Life, a cross-denominational group called to awaken, equip and release women into their full potential in the body of Christ through conferences, retreats, and seminars. She has written teaching manuals and a book called, Releasers of Life - Discover the River Within. "My desire is to see Christians realize their potential in the Lord, and step out in faith to find their place in the body of Christ."

Jeremy and Connie Sinnott

Jeremy and Connie SinnottJeremy and Connie have been the Worship Leaders and Associate Pastors at Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (TACF) since the church began in 1987. They have both taught and ministered in worship, soaking in God's presence, renewal and healing of the heart on five continents. They are featured on many live recordings at TACF and more recently have four intimate soaking CD's. They have also written a book on the heart of worship called "An Audience of One". Before becoming a pastor, Jeremy was the principal of a Christian elementary and secondary school for 18 years. During that time he earned his Master's degree from Grace Seminary in Indiana and later received his ordination. Connie received her music training at Ontario Bible College. They have three young adult sons who often minister with them. They enjoy encouraging and training worship leaders and teams worldwide and have a desire to raise up the next generation of worship leaders. Their passion is to see the body of Christ drawn into intimacy with God through worship with healed hearts, prepared for the coming Bridegroom."

Duncan and Kate Smith

Duncan and Kate Smith

Duncan and Kate are the Executive Directors of Catch The Fire Ministries (CTF), the international ministry of the Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (TACF), working for John and Carol Arnott the Founding Pastors of TACF and CTF. Duncan and Kate joined the Senior Team at TACF in 2000 as associate pastors after careers in the United Kingdom where Duncan worked as a Police Officer and Farmer and Kate as an Occupational Therapist. For the first 4 years at TACF Duncan worked as the Executive Director of TACF. It was during this time that he and Kate developed the TACF Youth and Young Adult Network. In their roles with CTF, Duncan and Kate travel internationally, taking revival and the love of the Father all over the globe, preaching the good news of Jesus Christ and ministering in the power of the Spirit. They love to teach everyone how to do miracles, signs and wonders and have seen many blind, deaf and mute and those with serious illnesses healed by Jesus wherever they go. Duncan and Kate's passion is to impact leaders and pastors in Toronto and around the world with the supernatural reality of the Kingdom of God. They live in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA with their three beautiful daughters Jessica, Abigail and Nathania.

John and Alexandra Tanyan

Associate Pastors - TACF East

John and Alexandra TanyanJohn and Alexandra have attended TACF since 1994 and John is an ordained minister with TACF. He graduated from Bible College and School of Psalmody International, and has experienced God's grace, love and presence in amazing ways. John is gifted to minister and teach in a number of areas, including: encounter weekends with God, releasing the prophetic gift, evangelism, true worship, embracing intimacy in His love, knowing God's voice and inner healing. John's passionate desire is to see the Body of Christ experience the Father's love, to find freedom and to know your true identity and destiny and becoming ONE with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, John 17:21-23. He strongly believes in and invites the power of the Holy Spirit as he ministers to people both internationally and cross-denominationally. Alexandra provides leadership and training to TACF Connection Department, connecting newcomers and new believers to cell groups (home church groups). The TanYan's have a heart for revival and their ministry, 'Threshing Floor Ministry', reflects a call from God not only to bring in the harvest of souls, but also to clean and separate the grains from the chaffs.
