prayer requests

There is a call of the Spirit going out across the land to pray as never before. We are all called to intercede and pray for our brothers and sisters throughout the world. God is taking us to a new level in intercessory prayer. Prayer is like the many facets of a diamond. There are so many different forms: thanksgiving, supplication, intercession, travail, weeping and prophetic intercession. As a diamond sends forth light, so our prayers bring the light forth in co-labor with Him to accomplish His perfect will. We need to listen to God’s heart and be guided by the Holy Spirit so that we can hear how he wants us to pray. His kingdom come, His will be done!

2 Chronicles 7:14 is quoted often, but we can go even further by reading verse 15 as well, to receive God’s full promise:

"If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place."
