JUNIOR HIGH MEETINGS

"Junior High meetings are kind of like a packet of Twix: there are two separate biscuits that make up the one delicious snack. Perhaps it's because we're extra special, but all I know is that Junior High meets on Friday nights (with the youth) and Sunday mornings every week.

Fridays is all about rocking to some God focused worship, getting together for cells, and heading off for socials every now and again.

Sundays is church Junior High style! Different from the adults, because they don't expect us to sit down and listen the whole time. Instead, they let us learn it together as we do it, or act it, or just laugh our way through it. They worked out that we want to learn, but it has to be fun, and it has to work for us.

So with Fridays and Sundays I get to do all the things I want to do and I don't have to be around for stuff I don't. The combo approach works for me.
