Healing Life's Hurts
A week of personal healing in a corporate setting. Covering; The Importance of Forgiveness, Generational Sin, Soul Ties, Ungodly Beliefs, Bitter Root Judgments and Expectancies, Inner Vows, Hearts of Stone, Broken Trust and Deliverance. It is based around the teachings of John and Paula Sandford of Elijah House Ministries and Chester and Betsey Kylstra of Proclaiming His Word Ministries.

Prophetic Activation
A practical activation on how to prophesy. Teaching covers the basic aspects of the prophetic with a heavy emphasis on students prophesying.

Semester 1
Biblical Interpretation
This class will equip students to use the basic tools for in-depth working with Scripture. It will also help them understand and use basic forms of biblical interpretation.

Pentateuch
An introduction to the first five books of the Bible: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. The course looks at the key events of: creation, the patriarchal covenant, the exodus from Egypt, the giving of the Law at Sinai, the building of the Tabernacle, and the Mosaic Covenant. The Pentateuch contains the central events and precepts for understanding a Biblical worldview as well as the rest of the Old Testament.

The Life of Christ
An intensive look at the life and teaching of Jesus and the continuing work of the Holy Spirit as witnessed by the first century gospel writers. Key ideas looked into are: the Kingdom of God, fulfillment of the Law, the Gospel, and both the Great Commandment and the Great Commission.

Semester 2
Conquest to Kingdom
The history of Israel from the conquest and settlement of the Promised Land to the destruction of Jerusalem and the exile of the Jews. Students consider the witness of the books of Joshua, Judges, Ruth, 1-2 Samuel and 1-2 Kings. The course looks at the key features of the conquest of Canaan, the period of the Judges, the interrelationship between Samuel, Saul & David, and both the failings and successes of the Hebrew kings. This unfolding history is evaluated in terms of the Patriarchal Promises, the Mosaic Covenant and the Davidic ideal for kingship.

Pauline Epistles I: Romans
An investigation of Paul's letter to the Roman Church. The central concepts of justification by faith, the new life in the Spirit and the role of the Law are examined.

This course gives a backdrop to the major moves of God and their contribution to our present situation. It also provides a framework from which to evaluate the present revival and future moves of God.

Prophetic Ministry
This builds upon the activation done in the Core Value Module, giving a deeper foundation for practice of prophecy. Students gain practical experience as well as receiving helpful guidelines for raising and shepherding the prophetic within a church setting.

Old Testament Prophetic Literature: Isaiah
An investigation and reflection on the message of Isaiah with an overview of the OT Prophetic books for Israel and the Church.

Wisdom Literature
An examination of the books of Psalms, and Proverbs with an overview of Wisdom Literature. This overview tracks into the New Testament with Jesus wisdom characteristics. Discussion centers around important questions such as that of human suffering, of the meaning of work, and of the value of pleasure. Prayer, worship and practical wisdom for daily living are also discussed.

This class focuses on the basic tenets of the Christian faith and their practical implications for life. An examination of the book of Hebrews.this class. Among the items covered are the high priestly function of Christ and the goal of godly discipline.

Cults and World Religions
A study of the major cults and world religions that seeks to educate the student on what makes a movement a cult, what differs between cults and true Christianity. This courses addresses such issues as: How to recognize a cult, what are the major cults and religions, and how can you ensure that you do not slip into deception.

Prayer Counseling
This course focuses on major counseling issues that occur in a ministry setting. Among these are dealing with grief, gender issues and marriage counseling. Students will also have limited exposure to some of the tools God is using today to bring freedom and healing to people's lives. These components include tools popularized by the Sandfords, Neal Anderson, and the Kylstras. TACF's Encounter Weekend and Cell Leader Training Track are also studied as part of this course. Students gain practical experience in using these tools.
