YOU WILL NEED A VALID MACHINE READABLE PASSPORT TO ENTER CANADA
Please Note: Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship, School of Ministry does not take any responsibility for a student's immigration status and the procurement of the appropriate visa / permit is the individual students responsibility.
To help, however we can point you in the right direction. If you are a non-Canadian planning to attend the school you will need to assess whether or not you need a visa to attend.
1. Plan to stay less than six months
If you plan to attend the school for a period of less than six months Citizenship and Immigration Canada should consider that a short-term program and therefore you do not need to apply for a study permit. However you will possibly need a visitor visa depending on your nationality. Check Citizenship and Immigration Canada's website to see if you need to apply for a visitor visa prior to your arrival in Canada.
If you change your plan and decide part way through your module that you wish to stay longer than six months then you will need to leave Canada and apply for a study permit before returning to continue your studies. Because of this if you think there is even the smallest possibility that you will want to take more than one of the modules we offer consecutively then our advice would be to apply for a

At the time of your acceptance into the school we will send you the relevant documentation that you can use for the appropriate visa application.
Please also note: you should apply for a "Mulitple Entry Visa" in order to facilitate any outside-of-Canada ministry trips during your course at the SoM
